The Golden Eaglets this evening defeated Sweden 3-0 in the second semi-finals of the ongoing FIFA U-17 World Cup in Dubai, to reach the finals of the competition. The Nigerian ever conscious Eaglets maintain their victorious win in various matches from the beginning of the ongoing UAE U 17 world cup in Dubai to reach the finals. The semi- final which started with the first goal reminder from Taiwo Awoniyi saw the Golden Eaglets scoring more goals from Samuel Okon and Chidera Eze to secure their position in the final round of the UAE U17.
Obviously, Okon's goal weakened the Sweden side of their defensive position paving way for another amazing goal from Eze which triumphantly positioned the Eaglets for the finals of the tournament before the final whistle from the referee.
The Golden Eaglets now face defending champion Mexico in the final slated for Friday.
