Pistorius To Face 2 More Gun-Related Charges

Murder-accused Paralympian, Oscar Pistorius, faces two additional gun-related charges after being served a new indictment by prosecutors on Wednesday, according to reports.
Eyewitness News reporter Mandy Wiener tweeted the new indictment includes two charges that he discharged a firearm in public on two occasions.

Pistorius is charged with shooting his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp at his home on Valentine's Day this year.

Last month his legal team failed to stop gun-related charged from being added to his case.

At the time his lawyers had appealed to the National Prosecution Agency, arguing that the gun charges fall out of the court's jurisdiction.

Wiener tweeted: "Oscar Pistorius will face four charges when he goes on trial in March, murder, sunroof shooting, Tasha's incident and ammunition possession.
