The late Babura was said to have worked as a watchman at the residence of one Alhaji Ado Mai-Gari Gassol located near the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo, for the past six years before he recently developed a psychiatric problem due to what is suspected to the result of drug addiction.

It was also gathered that the deceased was admitted at the Psychiatric Unit of the Jalingo Specialist Hospital, for three months but later escaped from there to resume his drug habit.
